The 24 year old chef from the National Wine Centre of Australia’s star is certainly on the rise this year, with two major awards from both nationally and internationally recognised competitions under his belt.
The National Wine Centre of Australia has once again been recognised for its superlative delivery of functions and events with all three awards in the related categories being won at the recent Savour awards run by Restaurant and Catering SA, sponsored by HostPlus.
Our very own apprentice Chef Sarah Jones, together with Adrian Holds from Adelaide Oval has achieved national recognition in Australia’s longest running and most credible culinary competition for young chefs.
