Tasting Australia Old Vine Dinner

May 8, 2025

Unearth the secrets of time and explore the rich history of old vine wines during this intimate dinner.

Wines of elegance, depth, and complexity are made from Australian vines, which are among the world’s oldest. Celebrate these distinctive and rare wines with an unforgettable dining experience at the National Wine Centre of Australia.

Your evening begins with a sommelier-led experience, featuring a canapé and drink on arrival in the newly renovated open-air cellar – the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere. The experience then moves to the Vines Room, overlooking the Botanic Gardens and vineyard for a decadent four-course meal. Gather with some very special producers to enjoy a carefully curated selection of iconic Australian old vine wines. This is a unique opportunity to sample exceptional bottles and a must for all food and wine lovers.
