The National Wine Centre of Australia (NWC) is one of Adelaide’s leading hospitality venues situated in the vibrant East End of the CBD, in close proximity to the emerging Lot Fourteen precinct is surrounded by the greenspace of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens and parklands
The NWC has multiple Food & Beverage Attendant positions currently available across multiple outlets, including:
Conference & Events: Our unique architectural building plays host to over 800 events per year attracting international, national andlocal visitors. Events include conferences, weddings, banquets, meetings andseminars.
Wined Bar: Open 7 days a week and provides exceptional food, wine, coffee and customer service to visitors of the Centre. Includes the National Wine Centre’s Tasting Room of over 120 fine Australian wines.
Taikunthi Restaurant: Located on level 5, Union House on the University of Adelaide's prestigious North Terrace campus, Taikunthi offers an exceptional dining experience with a focus on Modern Australian cuisine.
Stomping Grounds Café: Ideally located in the city opposite the University of Adelaide and 1 minutes’ walk from Rundle Mall.
To be considered for these role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant in a similar role (ideally in a hotel or busy function centre)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- The ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a close team
- Exceptional communitcation and interpersonal abilities
- A current RSA certificate valid in South Australia (essential)
