Food & Beverage Attendant | Wined Bar

NWC's Wined Bar provides quality food, wine, coffee and customer service to visitors of the Centre.

The National Wine Centre of Australia (NWC) is one of South Australia's most iconic tourism venues and award winners at the Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence and the AHASA Hotel Industry Awards for Excellence. Our winning edge is our amazing team and the products & services they deliver. We are now looking for experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Our Wined Bar cellar door offers over 120 fine Australian wines to taste & purchase, and is open 7 days. Boasting state-of-the-art Enomatic machines (wine serving & preserving system) and an innovative menu. We're looking for passionate new team members with strong hospitality skills & wine knowledge.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a cafe/restaurant/cellar door environment (essential).
• Wine Knowledge (especially Australian wines) will be highly regarded.
• 7-day availability to work a rotating roster.
• Good coffee knowledge and the ability to consistently produce high quality coffees in a high volume/fast paced environment.
• The ability to build rapport with regular clients.
• Strong customer focus & excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• A current RSA certificate valid in SA. (essential).
