Festa Italiana Wine Experience

Buonasera! Some would say we have left the best for last, with our Festa Italiana Wine Dinner!

Treat your taste buds to an unforgettable culinary experience as we guide you through a multitude of popular Italian inspired dishes.

Chef Ruben Fernandes has created an incredible menu, showcasing some of his favourite Italian fare. The evening begins with a selection of canapés including Vitello Tonnato* roulade and squid ink pasta, paired with a dry Prosecco from the Veneto wine region of north-eastern Italy.

The Festa continues in the form of a three course degustation style menu, designed to share in true Italian style. An aromatic whole salt-crusted barramundi will be served to you inside the room by our Executive Chef, followed by light and delicate homemade gnocchi, tender T-bone steak and finishing with a selection of Italian cheeses.

Throughout the evening your host and Head Sommelier James Boden will guide you through  the wines selected to compliment the cuisine, Italian varietals that are being produced in Australia including Fresco Nebbiolo and Sangiovese.

Our final wine dinner for 2019 and the last in our European series is sure to be a fantastic “Festa” and one to be enjoyed with family and friends.
