Founded in the 1980's, Mount Horrocks is a rising star in Clare that is certified Biodynamic and Organic. The Nero D'Avola spent 12 months in 25% new French oak increasing it's tannins and giving it subtle spicy notes. The wine shows red fruit particularly sour cherries and bright acidity balanced with the oak tannin to create a moreish, medium bodies wine.
