Head Somm James Boden says: "Freeman Vineyards is based in the region of Hilltops in Southern NSW and the winery has been the focus of Brian Freeman since 1999. Brian was the first person to plant Rondinella and Corvina in Australia (two of the three varietals used in Amarone) and has since worked in other Italian varietals into the fold. The Rondo is sourced from the Rondinella varietal and is a lovely savory style of Rosé for those who like a dry, Provence style."
