Mineral spring bubbles dance with white-nectarine and fresh bread flavours with hints of juniper some fresh bread dough and a fine creamy and flavoursome finish. Dry style (Zero Dosage) with elegant acid textures and quinine notes that linger.

Gusbourne Estate is located in Kent, UK. This wines suit the cool climate in the Southern part of the UK. 60% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, 18% Meunier. This wine has a lovely honey like note to it.

A noble effort for a first release, upholding the focus and restraint of cool-climate acidity, carrying the finish long and restrained, well matched to a low dosage. A little phenolic grip on the end is characteristic of the Adelaide Hills.
